Oxygen  -  the KEY to preventing and fighting cancer

"All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen - a rule without exception." - Dr. Otto Warburg

Lack of oxygen at the cellular level is one of the causes of cancer

Oxygen can be forced into the body in many ways:

1. Breathe deeply
2. Exercise regularly
3. Eat smaller nutrient-dense meals (no empty-calorie junk food). Overeating causes oxygen deficiency, that's why you feel tired after a big meal. Vitamin F increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the hemoglobin in red blood cells.
4. Eat an alkaline diet (vegetable juice, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, spinach, fruits, vegetables, berries, dairy and AVOID red meat and soft drinks)
5. Antioxidants help the body use oxygen more efficiently (Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) which is found in the greenest plants, Microhydrin, co-enzyme Q10, germanium (a trace mineral), thioctic acid, taheebo/pau d'arco, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, retin-A (a form of vitamin A), ginseng).
6. Bathe in oxygenated water once per week - this will force the extra molecule of oxygen into your system.  (Add one pint to one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide to your bath water and soak in it. Be sure your bath water is free of chlorine. You can remove the chlorine in your bath water by putting a filter on the shower head and fill the tub via the shower).
7. Drink hydrogen peroxide - Mix a few drops of 35% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) into a glass of water. Take on an empty stomach (otherwise the oxygen will react with the food in your stomach), one hour before a meal or at least 3 hours after a meal.
8. Other hydrogen peroxide therapy or ozone therapy is available.
